Meet the Theory® Preschools Team
Tom Hamilton, CEO
Tom is Theory®’s Chief Executive Officer. After graduating from the University of California at Davis, he completed Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s rigorous Management Training Program and ultimately managed one of the region’s largest, most profitable stores. That experience gave him the confidence to grow Theory® from the very first school in 2006. Tom lives in North Idaho with his wife and business partner Meghan and their three children, Jack, Emma, and Claire. His passion, guidance, and willingness to learn keep Theory® Preschools strong and ever-growing.
Meghan Hamilton, CCO
Meghan is Theory®’s Chief Creative Officer. During her studies at the University of California at Davis, she found her passion for working with children and pursued Human Development with an emphasis on Early Child Development before earning her teaching credential. Meghan authored the Theory® Preschool Curriculum and invented the Circuit Theory® Educational method. Creative and quiet by nature, she loves the outdoors and an adventurous family life. She currently lives in North Idaho with Tom, their three children, 3 dogs and 2 bunnies.
Clint Charlson, COO
Clint is Theory®’s Chief Financial Officer. With an Economics degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and experience as an Enterprise Rent-A-Car accountant, Clint has been a crucial partner to Meghan and Tom. From caregiver and teacher to supervisor and financial leader, he has stepped into every role the business needed. Clint lives in Roseville, California with Stephanie and their daughters Adrienne, Hailey, and Quinn. He enjoys traveling, cycling, golf, and time with his family.
